Accounts and Payments -
- Cut-off time to place/cancel/modify orders is 8pm previous day for lunch and 12pm same day for dinner.
- Please call us (8692948333) once to confirm, If we deliver in your area before placing the order.
- Minimum charge per meal is Rs 60 exclusive of delivery charge. Aaicha Dabba reserves the right to cancel/modify the meals. However, we will try to
Inform you in advance about the same.
- Aaicha Dabba reserves the right to discontinue the tiffin service of any customer.
- Additional, 5% GST will be levied on Order Value. It will be applicable on total order
- value excluding delivery.
- Wallet Money will expire if not used within 6 months.
Tiffin delivery -
- Tiffins will be delivered by dabbawalas of Mumbai or other concierge services. Delivery charges for lunch and dinner will be 40 Rs per order. Aaicha Dabba delivery partners would drop the customer's meal at the reception / security gate / Common area in case if they are not allowed to enter the building premises.
- Kindly check booking history tab to check exact dates of your booked orders. Meals will be delivered between 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm for lunch and 5:30 – 8:30 pm for dinner.
- There will be no lunch delivery on Sundays, Public holidays, heavy rains, riots, or in case of natural disasters, strike by dabbawalas.
- If the food is cooked and due to some circumstances beyond our control like heavy rains or riots, the tiffin will be shared with the underprivileged children and the amount will be non-refundable.
- Any discrepancies or complaints related to tiffin delivery will not be entertained by Aaicha Dabba. Delivery service is a personal contract between the dabbawalas/ concierge services and you. We merely collect delivery charge on their behalf.
- In order to avoid spillage, the meals are cooled down at room temperature and then packed in microwave safe containers. Therefore, customers may receive food at room temperature. It is recommended that in order to enjoy meals, customers re-heat the food after removing the lid of containers before consumption.
